Question: What should I do in case of an accident happened?

Answer: You should contact us. We will advice and help for the process. 

 

Question: What should I do in case the policemen stop me on the way?

Answer: You should show your passport, IDP or driver's license and the car rental agreement to the policemen. 

 

Question: Can I bring my pets along with me in the car? Can I smoke in the car?

Answer: You cannot bring your pets along with you in the car. You cannot smoke in the car. Such the case happened, we will charge up to 3,000THB for cleaning and purifying the car. 

 

Question: What is the fuel policy?

Answer: We apply full to full policy which mean you pickup the car with full tank of fuel and you should dropoff the car with full tank of fuel.            

 Question: Can I dropoff the car lately?

Answer: Yes, you can but we will apply our late dropoff policy as below:

. less than 1 hour: no additional charge; 

. less 3 hours: half day of rental fee charged; 

. more than 5 hours: 1 day of rental fee charged.

Question: What is the maximum speed I can drive on the highway?

Answer: The maximum speed you can drive on highway must be under 120 Km/hour. Otherwise, you will break the traffic law and will face penalty or traffic law enforcement.
